The "Bontebok Lodge", as well as the sleeping lodges, are nestled amongst the typically dry Karoo scrub and trees. All the lodges are equipped with 220V power supply, pure running water, fans for the warmer days and heaters for turning in after a winter's day hunt and campfire. 

In the early mornings, after sunrise, it is not uncommon to find zebra and bontebok grazing within sight of your front door. The lodges are as close to nature as you will find anywhere.

The dining room and bar are situated in the Bontebok Lodge, where you may enjoy our African hospitality around the campfire at night.

The sleeping lodge accommodation is available in two single beds per room as well as double bed rooms. All rooms have mosquito nets, en-suite bathrooms and safes for valuables.

The Eastern Cape is malaria free and the weather is quite variable. It is not uncommon to have four seasons in one day. Come prepared with warm clothing, cool clothing and rain clothing. You are welcome to bring camo clothing as there will be no problem on entry into South Africa with it.

Medical services are available within 50km from the ranch. Emergency evacuation to Port Elizabeth can be arranged. It is essential to bring a good sunblock for protection against the African sun.

The Milking Parlour Cottage is the lodge used for hunting close to the coast. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room and kitchen.

A playroom - with pool table, dartboard and comfortable chairs - has been added to the main lodge for family and friends to relax and keep busy while the rest of the party is out hunting.
